Banana Cobbler - $1.12

This one packs 600 calories into a 2 cup pot. It's also high in fat. It's designed to eat at bedtime. The extra fat will help you sleep warmer. At home, a smaller portion without the Graham Crackers is good over vanilla ice cream.

Break the banana slices in half. Barely cover with water and rehydrate for about 1/2 hour. Add water as it is absorbed. Simmer the bananas until the mixture starts to thicken. About 5 minutes. Crumble the peanuts in a snack size Ziplock by using a rock as a rolling pin. Add peanuts, carob and Graham Cracker pieces to top of bananas. (31 grams of Graham Cracker is one big cracker) I like to mix it before eating.

Some might like to add cinnamon to this.
